Edward V. Cattell, Jr., named the Journal's Editor in 2006, is a shareholder in the law firm of Hollstein Keating Cattell Johnson & Goldstein P.C., resident in its Philadelphia office. Co-Author of the treatise, The Law of Tug, Tow and Pilotage, and author of the limitation of liability chapter in Moore's Federal Practice, he teaches regularly as an adjunct professor of admiralty law at Rutgers University. A member of the New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania bars, Mr. Cattell holds a B.S. from the U.S. Merchant Marine Academy and a J.D. from Rutgers University (Camden).
