The annual subscription rate in the United States is $215.00 for individuals and $250.00 for institutions; in Canada and elsewhere, it is $230.00 for individuals and $265.00 for institutions. (For air mail delivery outside the U.S. add $50.00.) Periodical postage is paid at Baltimore, Maryland and additional mailing offices.
